Having spent over a decade training, coaching, and mentoring leaders across various industries, James understands the multifaceted needs of leaders. James has made significant contributions to online publications focusing on leadership, coaching, and talent management during the pandemic. Moreover, he has played a pivotal role in supporting leaders within large Healthcare SaaS and Insure tech organizations. Notably, he played a key role in establishing a 1000-person center of excellence and spearheaded the design of a groundbreaking leadership development program from scratch.

To complement his expertise, James is a certified ACC level coach through the International Coaches Federation and has obtained a leadership coaching certification from the esteemed Kansas Leadership Center. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's of Science in Management from Baker University in Baldwin City, KS.
