Start at the Center: SEED

This is where leadership begins with activating your purpose, initiating new beginnings, and designing intentional leadership pathways. Think: emerging leaders or new ideas sprouting.

 
Grow Outward: ROOT → GROW → HARVEST

Each ring represents a phase in the leadership journey, building from the inside out:​

  • ROOT: Ground yourself in core values, bond with others through trust, and stabilize your foundation.

  • GROW: Flourish in your role, nurture teams and ideas, and scale your impact.

  • HARVEST: Realize your vision, gather people, outcomes and insights, and lead with lasting impact.

 
Read Across Three Pathways:

The framework flows through three key leadership domains:

  • Empower: Develop people and potential

  • Connect: Build alignment and belonging

  • Optimize: Strengthen strategy and systems

This framework isn’t linear. It’s a living, evolving map. You’ll return to earlier phases as you start new initiatives, step into new roles, or grow your team. Use it to reflect, plan, and lead with intention.
